the power of capitalism in africa

I like coming upon stories like these and getting surprised by my ignorance.  I know everyone has a boatload of stereotypes about Africa, but stories like these are great examples of a few things:

1. Things are not always as they seem

2. Private property rights can solve a whole array of issues, in this case wildlife management
